Machinery
The core of our company is production with CNC-controlled machinery, which is continuously kept up to date with the latest technology. The fully air-conditioned 2,000 m² production facility houses CNC milling equipment, CNC turning equipment, measuring/quality assurance operations, conventional production/special applications and warehouses.
Conventional machining and other manufacturing methods
In addition to conventional machining methods such as turning, milling and drilling, Fischer CNC-Technik also offers a variety of conventional manufacturing methods such as honing, welding, lapping, flat and cylindrical grinding. Our portfolio is rounded off by further special applications. In addition to die-sinking, wire erosion is an example of these. This allows all conductive materials to be processed, regardless of their hardness. The finished contours are sharp-edged and meet the highest demands in terms of accuracy of dimensions and shape.
Quality assurance
Our production facility is both clearly laid out and generously proportioned, providing plenty of space for quality checks between the individual production stages. In addition, there is a separate quality assurance area for the final check. Here four Zeiss Prismo Calypso and Vista measuring machines with a large table for 12-cylinder engine blocks and a probe station deliver the results, which are illustrated in the test reports sent to our customers.
