The search for the right job is always a challenge. On the basis of recommendations from friends and/or your own experience, there are usually a number of addresses where an (unsolicited) application is worthwhile. In addition there are advertisements in the relevant media, in which the job requirements and possibly the remuneration are briefly described from the employer's point of view. But is this really sufficient information for an employee looking for a permanent job? Are a few lines enough to decide whether this employer fits the applicant and to describe the working environment in which a large part of his or her working life will be spent?
